Meet Our Leadership Team

Kevin Hogan

President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Kevin Hogan's influence on Pierce Distribution spans over four decades. He embarked on his career with the company in 1979 as a sales representative and steadily rose through the leadership ranks, assuming roles such as Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales. This progression led to his appointment as Vice President and part-owner in 1991, culminating in his role as President & CEO and sole owner of the firm in 1999.

Under his strategic direction, Kevin has been the driving force behind Pierce's transformation from a government and contract packaging company into a full-service, third-party logistics (3PL) provider. This evolution resulted in the rebranding of Pierce Packaging Company to Pierce Distribution Services Company. Today, the company manages multiple warehouses that span across several states, supported by a robust staff, which is a testament to the growth achieved under his leadership.

Kevin’s direction extends to ensuring the company remains agile and competitive. Pierce maintains strong connections with key industry organizations, such as the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) and the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), which assist in market awareness and operational excellence. Through these comprehensive efforts, Kevin has been instrumental in transforming Pierce Distribution into a flexible, experienced, and customized 3PL leader.

Dino McNabb

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Dino McNabb began his impactful career with Pierce Distribution in 1989, starting as a supervisor dedicated to the J.I. Case account. His talent for operational efficiency and leadership quickly became apparent, leading to swift advancement through the ranks. He assumed key leadership roles including General Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Pierce, before ultimately being appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2008.

In his capacity as COO, Mr. McNabb plays a pivotal role in overseeing all daily operations for the company and optimizing supply chain efficiencies for Pierce’s customers. He is also heavily involved in business development efforts, lending his leadership and experience, to position Pierce for future growth. He remains engaged with industry best practices as a member of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) or other industry related organizations.

Anthony Chiodini

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Anthony Chiodini has led Pierce Distribution’s financial strategy since 1998, bringing over a decade of financial management experience from Winnebago County, Illinois. Anthony was promoted to CFO in 2002, where he has since overseen risk management, strategic planning and financial strategies.

Pierce became a member company with the Millennium Insurance Company, Ltd. In 2006. Anthony has served many rolls within the Millennium Insurance Company Ltd. Board as he served as Risk Control Chairman in 2007, elected Secretary of the Board and served from 2009 – 2010, was elected Vice-President serving from 2011 – 2012 and finally served as President of the Board from 2013 – 2015.

Anthony was also a Board Member for the Rockford Pro-Am Golf Tournament which at the time was the longest free standing Pro-Am in the country. Anthony participates in other charity programs such as the Jubilee Center providing meals to the less fortunate and the Tim Tebow Foundation Night to Shine program.

Jason Smith

Director of IT & Vice President of Operations

Jason Smith joined Pierce Distribution Services Company as IT Manager in 2003, immediately spearheading transformative technological upgrades that modernized the firm’s operational infrastructure. Following his promotion to Director of IT in 2005, Jason began to expand his department and staff. This departmental growth allowed for better IT support companywide and helped to strengthen the company’s response time and WMS capabilities. This continued focus led to further expand reporting tools and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that empower data-driven decision-making.

In December 2017, Jason's leadership scope grew to include the dual role of Vice President of Operations and Director of IT, where he continues to integrate technology and operational best practices with corporate strategies and business development.
